    INFORMATION BLACK WARRIOR GATHERS AND TRACKS
    Black Warrior gathers two types of information about users:

    Our site users can choose to electronically forward a link, page, or documents to someone else by clicking "e-mail this to a friend". The user must provide their email address, as well as that of the recipient.     CHILDREN

    USAGE TRACKING

    Black Warrior tracks user traffic patterns throughout all of our sites. However, we do not correlate this information with data about individual users. Black Warrior does break down overall usage statistics according to a user's domain name, browser type, and MIME type by reading this information from the browser string (information contained in every user's browser).
    Black Warrior sometimes tracks and catalogs the search terms that users enter in our Search function, but this tracking is never associated with individual users. We use tracking information to determine which areas of our sites users like and don't like based on traffic to those areas. We do not track what individual users read, but rather how well each page performs overall. This helps us continue to build a better service for you.

  • At this time, Black Warrior ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Black Warrior ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.  Online Ordering: All data is transferred using secure data encryption (SSL). Black Warrior encrypts the information between the customer and the shopping cart.  Order by Mail: Only credit card and prepaid orders will be accepted by mail.   • Return Policy

  • Returns: Only items with manufacturer defects will be considered. All items must be in new condition with all accessories or parts included. You will not be reimbursed for shipping costs to or from Black Warrior. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns but not exchanges. All returns must be made within 30 days of shipment to be considered. All returns will be issued a refund/replacement/credit at the discretion of Black Warrior, Inc.
